The Flagship Build
One website. Built like it matters.
For owner-run businesses that are better than their current website makes them look. Eight pages: home, about, contact, and five for the jobs you want more of. A film made for you, and words written for the people who buy from you. From £2,497, about two weeks.
Eight stages
What actually happens, in order.
The brief, in one call
An hour on the phone. Who your best customer is, which work you want more of, and the one job you brag about in the pub. That last answer usually becomes the loudest thing on the finished site.
Your brand leads, not mine
Your logo file gets pixel-sampled and the whole palette comes out of it. If your mark lives on a light ground the site is built light. If it lives on dark, it is built dark. No house style is applied over the top of your identity.
The film direction, chosen by you
Three to five one-line concepts, every one of them anchored in something real about your business. You pick. Nothing is generated before you have chosen, and you see the opening frame before a second of video is made.
Typography auditioned, not assumed
A private page renders your real headline in five or six genuinely different type systems. You pick a letter. It rolls across every page.
Words written for your buyers
Real reviews and forums in your trade get read first, so the copy uses the phrases your customers type and say. Every claim traces back to something true. Anything unverified either gets checked with you or does not ship.
A page for every service
One page per job you want to be found for. Each gets its own title, its own headline, its own questions, and 350 words or more of real content. Plus the technical wiring Google reads: schema, sitemap, robots and canonicals, wired properly.
Tested like an adversary
Before you see it, the site is driven through a real browser and attacked. Errors get hunted. The text is checked against the film's own worst frames. Phones are tested with the real film they get. And Google's speed test runs again and again.
Live from day one
Your site is deployed to a permanent address the first day it builds, and redeployed at every milestone. You never get a temporary link that dies overnight. Your domain attaches at handover.
The standard, in numbers
Published, not promised.
Anyone can say a website is fast. These are the figures off the last one, measured on the live site with the same tool Google uses. You can run them yourself in about a minute.

Accessibility, out of 100
Measured on the most recent build, for Dinsdale Contracts, 31 August 2026, Google's own speed test, four runs. Performance landed at 90 to 99 out of 100 on a phone and 98 on desktop. Performance scores move run to run, so the honest thing is a range.

Fair questions
About the build.
What exactly is the film?
A short film made for your business alone, and it plays as you scroll. The film moves with you, and it comes to rest where the page asks you to get in touch. On a phone it plays in a letterboxed band, tuned to cost almost nothing to load. A visitor who has motion turned off gets the finished frame straight away.
Do I have to supply photos and copy?
No. If you have real job photos they get used, because real always beats generated. If you do not, the film and the imagery are made. You will be asked for the things only you know. The jobs you are proud of, the badges you hold, and the customers you want more of.
What does the starting price include?
£2,497 buys eight pages: home, about, contact, and five pages for the jobs you want more of, chosen by you. The film, the words and the launch are all inside the number. Extra job pages are £150 each. A bigger business with more locations or more sites gets its own number, in writing before anything starts.
Who owns the site when it is finished?
You do. It is static files you can host anywhere. There is no builder subscription holding it hostage and no licence to keep paying.
After it launches
A new site is a starting line.
The build makes you findable and believable. Staying found is a separate, ongoing job: your Google listing run properly, reviews arriving automatically, and the site cared for. That is the Growth Retainer, £500 a month.
