Your Google listing run properly, reviews arriving automatically from every job, hosting and care, and one report a month. Six-month minimum, for a plain reason. Reviews and map position take a couple of months to build, so six months is how long it takes to be worth anything. The detail is onthe retainer page.
Bigger businesses
More than eight pages of business?
A bigger business needs more. More pages, more locations, sometimes more than one site. Those builds are worked out properly and put in writing before anything starts. The sample homepage comes first there too.
A different job
Being found across a region.
£500 a month is being found on the map when somebody nearby searches. £2,997 a month is a different job: being found for the work itself, across a whole region. Different searches, a different moment, a different buyer. If that is you, say so when you write.

About the money.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes. Half to start and half at launch is the normal arrangement. If the scope grows, the new number is agreed before any extra work happens, never invoiced afterwards.
What if I hate it?
You see your sample homepage before you pay a penny. If you do not want it, you walk away free and owe nothing. After that, you see the film direction and the typography before either is committed, with two rounds of plain-words feedback in the price.
How much is the retainer?
£500 a month, six-month minimum. Reviews and map position take a couple of months to build, so six months is how long it takes to be worth anything. After that it continues until you stop it.
What if I need more than five job pages?
Extra job pages are £150 each, published, whenever you want one. Ten extra pages is £1,500. There is no bundle trick and no surprise at the end.
